Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Consultant to help us accelerate user acquisition and retention across iOS and Android. You’ll own our growth funnel — from App Store Optimization to paid campaigns and content marketing — blending creativity with performance data to drive installs, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) – titles, screenshots, reviews, keywords, and conversion tracking.
- Plan and manage TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns focused on installs and retention.
- Develop AI-powered content marketing and ad creatives for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Build marketing automation funnels for user onboarding, reactivation, and referral loops.
- Optimize performance through continuous testing — creatives, CTAs, audiences, and placements.
- Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with feature releases.
- Set up dashboards to track CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and organic growth metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience scaling mobile apps (preferably consumer or content apps).
- Strong grasp of ASO, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Creative mindset with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Veo 3, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (PostHog, OneSignal, or Airship).
- Data-driven with a test-and-learn mentality.
- Independent, fast-moving, and results-oriented.
