Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team for the development of ClinicOS. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for healthcare innovation and a strong background in fullstack development. They should be dedicated to maintaining high quality standards through automated testing and continuous integration practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the ClinicOS platform using React (frontend) and Node.js/TypeScript (backend).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven features.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness across the stack.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure robust quality assurance.
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
Proactively monitor and improve code quality and test coverage.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Use Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scalability.
Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Requirements:

5+ years of fullstack development experience.
Proficiency with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web development frameworks.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles and RESTful API design.
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
Familiarity with TypeORM and PostgreSQL.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, Git-based development, and code quality tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React.
Exposure to AI and machine learning technologies.
Understanding of healthcare systems, data standards, or compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Experience with performance monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
