Northern Fitness is looking for a Performance-Oriented Digital Designer to lead and execute creative across ads, email, and digital UX. You know how to make creative work, combining strong visual instincts with a clear understanding of what drives clicks, conversions, and customer trust in a DTC environment.
You’ll collaborate with growth and marketing to create high-performing static and video ads, conversion-friendly email assets, and thoughtful UX elements that guide the customer journey. From lifecycle campaigns to product launches and CRO tests, you’ll play a key role in how Northern Fitness grows and shows up.

What You’ll Do
- Design high-converting static and video ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic
- Produce engaging lifecycle emails and campaign assets aligned with performance and brand
- Edit short-form video content — product showcases, overlays, testimonials, motion text
- Support UX and CRO initiatives with wireframes, mockups, and landing page design (Figma)
- Use creative performance data to inform testing strategy, iteration, and asset development
- Ensure brand consistency across all formats — layout, typography, tone, and visuals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, packaging, and pitch decks as needed
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 3-5 years of experience designing for eCommerce or DTC brands
- Know how to design for performance, especially for email and paid ad channels
- Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Have a sharp eye for layout, color, type, and image pairing
- Are comfortable working autonomously but love collaborating with smart teams
- Can take a brief and turn it into clean, effective creative that performs fast
- Understand creative testing, ad fatigue, and how to translate briefs into scroll-stopping creative
- Have experience designing for both prospecting and retargeting funnels
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with UX/UI, responsive layouts, or building landing pages in Figma
- Have worked in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle verticals
- Can bring light motion graphics or animation into your work
- Familiar with landing page builders like Unbounce or Replo
