What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the planning and execution of marketing and internal communications initiatives for our hyperscale and co-locator business. You’ll drive demand, deepen engagement, and bring clarity to our message and value – across digital, social, events, content, and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Communications: Design and execute integrated marketing communications plans that align with business objectives and elevate the Nortek DCC brand.
- Own Digital Channels: Manage our website and LinkedIn presence with a focus on measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Create High-Impact Content: Develop customer-facing materials and thought leadership that support product launches, sales enablement and employee communications
- Partner Across Functions: Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and HR to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Elevate Events and Campaigns: Provide end-to-end oversight of industry events and campaigns, from planning to post-event engagement and KPI tracking.
- Manage External Partners: Lead relationships with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute campaigns and deliver creative assets.
- Drive Internal Engagement: Support leadership messaging and employee communications to create alignment, excitement, and a sense of shared mission.
- Monitor and Optimize: Use data to assess marketing performance, inform strategy, and continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in manufacturing, technology, or infrastructure sectors
- Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a variety of formats
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing and communications strategy
- Experience building brand presence and lead generation in the data center or HVAC industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Analytical and creative mindset with a bias for action and results
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
