Graphic Designer, Social Media & Digital Marketing
We’re seeking a versatile and motivated team member to join Norman Silverman in a hybrid role that blends Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Social Media Management equally. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals, while also designing visually compelling content for social media, email, the website, and digital ads. You'll manage and grow our social presence, staying on top of trends to create engaging, brand-aligned content. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive, timely, and performance-driven. This is an ideal position for someone who is equally passionate about design, storytelling, digital strategy, and social media.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Trend Monitoring and analysis of market trends
- Create detailed briefs for creative based on direction, guidelines and social media best practices
- Copywriting: Create copy briefs, write copy and manage copy translations for different markets
- Manage social community, calendar and publish content across all owned global social media platforms
- Work closely with creative team on asset production and delivery and coordinate campaign deployments
- Monitor Performance of all digital marketing
- Reporting and Analysis for website, Social Media, Email marketing, SEO
- Collaborate with marketing, events and PR
- Design engaging and on-brand content (static posts, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Create email graphics, website banners, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.
- Email marketing strategy and execution including audience segmentation, deployment and performance reporting
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets while staying innovative and trend-forward.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Social, and Creative teams to develop compelling visuals that drive engagement.
- Edit and resize images and prepare assets for multiple digital platforms.
- Organize and maintain digital design files and templates.
- Assist with additional creative projects, such as presentations and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, social media design, digital marketing, retail and brand marketing (fashion, beauty, lifestyle industries preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in content strategy, omnichannel marketing, or digital/retail execution.
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize fit-for-platform content across digital placements.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills—able to work independently and proactively drive progress.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- A deep understanding of wholesale/retail and digital KPI’s.
- Experience designing for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social content.
- Understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in a digital space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma, Airtable, Sprout, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo and Canva
