👋 Who are we?
Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. We build software that empowers veterinary and therapy professionals to provide the best possible care experiences to their patients. Our products are used daily by over 50,000 professionals in clinics and hospitals across 30+ countries. We excel with 20+ years of experience in healthcare and veterinary software.
We understand that talent comes from everywhere and anywhere. The greater our diversity, the better the products we deliver. That’s why we are a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with all 400+ employees working either remotely or from collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in our other markets too, especially in Europe and North America (more at our website nordhealth.com.)
About the role
Today, Marketing is responsible for the development and optimization of 5 product websites across Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and International. Our Websites are the key interface for converting traffic to leads and revenue and the performance is key for business growth. Currently, we have a combination of Product lead Sales and Direct Sales and the website performance impacts both sales funnels directly.
All websites are built on WordPress (except diarium.fi that is still built on webflow and managed by a third party Agency for now) but the plan is to migrate all websites under the same platform and framework and eventually, when aligning product Brands it will move under one unified web platform experience.
We should look for a candidate that is extremely open and curious about how to adopt AI strategies into developing websites and doing marketing e.g. look at existing setup and Ways of Working and drive change in how AI can help us be more effective while still having control of sensitive and business critical flows.
At the moment, we are offering a contract with duration 6-9 months. The need for a full-time developer in Marketing might change slightly this year vs. next year when more foundations have been set up correctly. But having a developer on a marketing team can turn ideas into live, interactive, and high-converting realities — faster and better than waiting on other teams or outsourcing. By having an internal developer owning the website performance we will not only be able to move faster and do continuous optimization, but also have control over tracking, server management, CRM integrations and security topics that might arise. 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and optimizing product websites (5) across markets
2. Website analytics proactively tracking and finding optimizations opportunities
3. Ownership of tracking and integrations making sure traffic and conversions are being tracked and sent into our CRM to measure performance and growth.
5. Responsible for technically optimizing for AI and search engine result placements.
