noqa (https://noqa.ai/) is an agentic QA automation platform for mobile apps and games. We help engineering teams catch bugs faster by automating the testing process with AI. We're early-stage and growing - you'll be one of the first marketing hires.
We're looking for someone to build and own noqa's content presence. You'll write about mobile apps, QA, and our dev tool, and distribute that content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
The main goals are to increase awareness, grow our audience, build trust with engineering and QA teams, and create a content funnel that supports signups, conversations, and demo requests.
This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can think strategically, understand a technical product, come up with content ideas, write and publish content, distribute it, and learn from the results.
What You'll Do
- Build and run a content plan across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, blog, Reddit, and relevant QA / developer communities
- Write LinkedIn posts, X/Twitter posts and threads, product updates, how-to guides, short articles, case studies, and founder-led content
- Grow Noqa’s audience and follower base across relevant channels
- Improve trust in Noqa by showing how the product works, what problems it solves, and why teams should care
- Talk to founders, engineers, and users to extract strong content ideas
- Track content performance: reach, engagement, follower growth, signups, replies, demos booked, and other useful signals
- Suggest new content ideas based on user questions, competitors, search demand, and what performs
Must-have
- 2+ years of content marketing or SMM experience in a B2B SaaS or developer tools or another technical product compan
- Strong English writing skills, full-proficiency (C1+)
- Comfortable writing about technical topics
- Experience growing content channels or social accounts for tech products
- Hands-on attitude: you can plan, write, publish, distribute, and analyze the results yourself
Nice-to-have
- Experience with online communities (Reddit, Slack/Discord for devs/QA)
- Understanding of how mobile apps are built and tested
- Experience building content funnels for early-stage B2B SaaS products
Work conditions
- Fractional role: part-time, flexible scope
- Expected workload: around 10–20 hours per week, depending on the agreed scope
