Performance Marketing Executive — D2C Growth

About Noorly

Noorly is a premium laundry care brand built for modern Indian homes. We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Executive who can manage paid ads, analyze data, improve creatives, build retargeting funnels, and support retention-led growth.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA, depending on experience

Monthly Incentives: 10% – 50%, based on performance results

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Important Policy

This is a full-time role. The selected candidate will be expected to work with complete focus and ownership. Freelance work, side clients, or parallel projects will not be allowed during employment with Noorly.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Management

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns on a daily basis

• Handle basic Google Ads campaigns when required

• Create and manage campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, and repeat buyers

• Monitor budgets, campaign pacing, and daily spending

• Scale winning campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, MER, and contribution margin

• Pause, test, or restructure underperforming campaigns

2. Audience Segmentation & Retargeting

• Build cold, warm, and hot audience segments

• Create retargeting funnels for product page visitors, add-to-cart users, checkout drop-offs, Instagram engagers, video viewers, and past customers

• Segment buyers based on product purchased, order value, buying frequency, and reorder cycle

• Create product-wise retargeting strategies for laundry pods, detergent sheets, scent beads, baby care, and lingerie care products

3. Data Tracking & Reporting

• Track daily performance across MER, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, AOV, CVR, purchase rate, and contribution margin

• Prepare daily reports with clear insights and action points

• Identify what is working across campaigns, creatives, audiences, products, and offers

• Highlight performance drops and suggest corrective actions

• Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards

• Present weekly and biweekly performance reviews to the team

4. Creative Testing & Direction

• Analyze creative performance at ad level

• Identify winning hooks, angles, formats, scripts, visuals, and offers

• Share creative feedback with the creative strategist, scriptwriter, video editor, and graphic designer

• Create clear briefs for new ads based on actual data

• Track which creatives are driving clicks, add-to-cart, purchases, and profitable scale

• Help the creative team understand why certain ads are winning or failing

5. Funnel & Conversion Improvement

• Review landing pages and product pages from a conversion point of view

• Coordinate with the Shopify/landing page team for page improvements

• Suggest changes in offers, bundles, pricing display, reviews, FAQs, and product positioning

• Support A/B testing for offers, layouts, copy, and product bundles

• Identify whether the issue is traffic, creative, product page, checkout, pricing, or offer

6. Retention & CRM Support

• Help build WhatsApp and email flows for abandoned cart, reorder reminders, winback campaigns, review requests, and post-purchase education

• Suggest cross-sell and upsell journeys based on purchase behaviour

• Work on repeat purchase strategies for existing customers

• Help improve customer lifetime value through retention campaigns

• Coordinate with the customer support/CRM team for customer insights

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce brands

• Good understanding of Meta Ads, basic Google Ads, retargeting, and campaign optimization

• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, CVR, and contribution margin

• Ability to read data and convert it into clear action points

• Understanding of creative testing, hooks, angles, landing pages, and offers

• Basic understanding of Shopify and customer journeys

• Interest or experience in retention marketing through WhatsApp and email

• Strong reporting discipline and communication skills

• Ability to work full-time with complete focus and ownership
