Full Stack Engineer

Position: Full-Stack Software Engineer (Cloud & AI Focus)

Location: 100% remote

They are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design and build cloud-native applications and intelligent workflows. This role emphasizes backend engineering, APIs, cloud integrations, and AI-powered automation, with Angular or Vue front-end development as a supporting skill.

You’ll work with AWS, Azure, and modern automation frameworks to power mortgage technology platforms that are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, RDS) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage) for distributed systems.
• Integrate AI agents and AI-powered APIs into business processes for automation and decision support.
• Architect and implement event-driven and serverless workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Provide limited front-end support using Angular or Vue when needed.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 3+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET Core, and SQL.
• Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, RDS).
• Familiarity with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Azure SQL).
• Proven ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.
• Exposure to AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure Cognitive Services).

Preferred Skills

• Front-end development in Angular or Vue.
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Authentication/security integration (OAuth2, Azure AD, Cognito).
• AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background in workflow automation for mortgage or financial services.
