What you’ll do?

• Creative Vision & Strategy: Define the visual direction for campaigns and projects to align with business goals and brand identity.
• Hands-on Design: Develop and deliver high-quality creative outputs including key visuals, graphics, motion content, and other marketing collaterals.
• Concept Development: Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Quality & Consistency: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with global design and motion trends, and apply them to elevate our creative work.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-4 years in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first brands.
• Hands-On Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools.
• Motion Graphics Advantage: Candidates with motion graphics/animation skills will be given preference.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environment.
