What You’ll Do

  • Partner with a dedicated project manager to lead marketing for a set group of clients that are all yours. Develop and execute innovative marketing plans and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Work with sales to turn client needs and strategies into actionable plans. Set creative direction aligned with client and company goals.
  • Guide the team with your omnichannel expertise to build a robust marketing operation, like a fractional marketing director for your clients. Oversee contractors and production teams, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Be the creative spark: bring imagination, originality, and talent to everything we do.
  • Drive results: craft campaigns that meet client goals and stay agile as those goals evolve. Make sure our marketing not only moves the needle but takes control of the market.
  • Stay curious: keep up with industry trends, client markets, and fresh ideas so we’re always ahead of the curve.

  • B2B Marketing Mastery: You know B2B marketing inside and out—strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting. You get the nuances of business audiences and can turn complex objectives into actionable campaigns.

  • Client Champion: Working alongside a dedicated Project Manager to keep projects on budget and on time, you’ll own the marketing for a set of clients, managing their goals, performance, and reporting. You’re comfortable presenting results and recommendations directly to clients.
  • Outgoing Communicator: You’re ready to collaborate internally, lead meetings, and present confidently to clients.
