Software Engineer II (React, .Net/C#, Azure) — Help Us Reimagine Cancer Care (100% Remote)

We’re helping this HealthTech software company do exactly that! We’re a 4+ year old company on a mission to change how cancer care is delivered—helping patients stay safely at home through intelligent virtual care. Our platform empowers oncology practices to reduce unnecessary ER visits, improve outcomes, and most importantly—offer patients a better experience during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

We’re not another SaaS company looking to optimize ad impressions. We’re a tight-knit software engineering team of 26 employee company building technology that directly impacts lives. And now, we’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join our small but mighty engineering team and help us scale.

What You’ll Be Building

You’ll be hands-on with our core product, the core care management platform used by our clinical partners and patients. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our AI-powered chatbot, which uses natural language to interact with patients via SMS—escalating real issues to our Virtual Care Center, where clinicians take over.

You won’t be shipping code into the void. We release weekly (sometimes bi-weekly), and your work will hit production fast and visibly. You’ll see it, feel it, and hear about it—directly from patients and nurses in our #customer-feedback Slack channel.

Tech Stack: Backend: C#, .NET, MySQL / SQL, Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript Cloud: Azure (including Azure DevOps for CI/CD)

• AI: We’re actively integrating GPT-based solutions for our next-gen chatbot. If you’ve got experience or interest here, we’d love your help.

The Team

You’ll work closely with our Engineering Manager (who codes right alongside you), plus two other full-stack engineers. You’ll also collaborate tightly with our two Product Owners and cross-functional clinical experts who use the tools you build daily.
