We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team remotely, bringing creativity and expertise to high-end residential and commercial projects across Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Design and create unique luxury interior concepts tailored to client needs and Nolita Harbour’s signature style.
• Space Planning & 3D Visualization: Develop detailed floor plans, technical drawings, and high-quality 3D renderings.
• Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert design recommendations.
• Material & Furniture Curation: Select premium materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance each project’s aesthetic.
• Project Coordination: Oversee design execution, ensuring quality standards, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Trend & Market Research: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and luxury innovations.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, sales, and external partners to align creative direction and execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in luxury interior design (residential, hospitality, or commercial projects).
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-end interior projects.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a refined sense of aesthetics.
