Position Summary
The Marketing Manager executes strategic marketing efforts to acquire and retain homeowners, support M&A integration, and grow travel advisor engagement across Nocturne Luxury Villas. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns, manages marketing calendars, and collaborates across teams to drive homeowner lead generation, brand growth, and execute travel advisor marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
· Leads the planning and execution of marketing strategies to acquire new homeowners, retain current partners, support M&A onboarding, and execute marketing to travel advisors.
· Manages the marketing calendar across all homeowner and travel trade initiatives, ensuring internal teams meet deadlines and deliverables on time.
· Develops and maintains performance reports to track lead generation, conversion, and engagement metrics; communicates key insights and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders.
· Partners with email marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive homeowner leads, nurture existing homeowner relationships and strengthen travel advisor partnerships.
· Collaborates with brand teams to develop creative aligned with strategic goals for acquisition, retention, and partner engagement.
· Ensures consistency in messaging and experience across all Nocturne brands and marketing channels—digital, print, and events.
· Analyzes results across acquisition channels and programs; provides data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
· Identifies and evaluates new marketing channels, tools, and partnerships (including travel trade) to expand brand reach and engagement.
· Supports marketing plans for M&A opportunities, ensuring seamless brand and message alignment.
· Stays informed on marketing best practices, luxury real estate and travel trends, and competitive activity.
· Monitors campaign KPIs and homeowner team feedback to inform ongoing strategy improvements.
· Ensures marketing compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and industry standards.
· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills)
· 4-year college degree in Marketing or related concentration
· 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
· Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate across brands and stakeholders
