Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to shape the look, feel, and usability of our digital products across web and mobile platforms. You’ll be responsible for turning complex problems into elegant and intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and prototypes

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions

• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align on product goals and technical constraints

• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, visually compelling user interfaces

• Ensure consistent design patterns and scalable components across the product

• Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives

• Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback and guidance

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product or agency environment

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and UI work across platforms

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/prototyping tools

• Solid understanding of design systems, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design

• Experience working in agile environments alongside cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end frameworks or basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Jira, or ClickUp

• Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or mobile app design
