Game Designer / Product Owner

titles in the market. We are looking for a Game Designer / Product Owner who can define

clear development tasks, communicate product vision, and help teams deliver outstanding

games with focus, quality, and purpose.

This role is ideal for someone who combines game design thinking with strong

coordination and communication skills. You understand how to turn ideas into structured

development plans, align teams around a clear vision, and continuously improve the product

throughout development. You are passionate about games, curious about the market, and

driven to create experiences that truly stand out.

What you’ll do

• Define, structure, and communicate tasks clearly for developers and cross-functional

teams

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with the game

vision and business goals

• Translate creative ideas into actionable development requirements
• Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the game vision and how it should guide

daily decisions

• Work closely with developers, artists, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality games

on time

• Create and refine game concepts from both a mechanical and visual perspective
• Continuously improve the overall product experience throughout the development

cycle

• Help shape features and supporting products that elevate the player experience
• Ensure the product meets functional, market, and compliance requirements where

relevant

• Align deliverables, scope, and priorities with the broader roadmap
• Advanced : Coordinate teamwork and planning based on the agreed game scope
• Advanced : Monitor industry trends, competitors, and player expectations to inform

better product decisions

• Advanced : Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and other business stakeholders

to help position games for success

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in game design, product ownership, or a similar role in game

development

• Strong ability to break down product ideas into clear, structured tasks for

development teams

• Deep understanding of game products and what makes them successful in the market
• Passion for the gaming industry, including products, competitors, and player trends
• A strong drive to design exceptional game experiences that can compete with top

titles in the industry

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to balance creativity with structure, priorities, and delivery needs
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to push the quality and potential of the

product

• Strong understanding of how to guide teams toward efficient ways of working and

smart prioritization

• Ability to think both at team level and from a broader product or studio perspective
• Experience in the iGaming or broader games industry is a strong plus
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
