This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record of being a hands-on marketing leader who can build a brand marketing strategy from the ground up in the complex healthcare and health-tech space.
You will define and execute a global marketing strategy, positioning the company as a thought leader while navigating a highly technical B2B environment. With no inbound leads, you will focus on supporting sales efforts by crafting compelling messaging that simplifies complex data solutions for key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, CIOs/CTOs, and government bodies.
As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will lay the foundation for a scalable marketing function, leveraging external agencies and internal resources to drive brand awareness and market adoption. You will be able to build a team over time while ensuring that marketing efforts directly support business growth and long-term success.
