🚀 Job Opportunity: Facets Technical Consultant

🔑 Role Summary

As a Facets Technical Consultant, you will collaborate with business analysts, clients, and technical teams to implement healthcare insurance business requirements. You’ll be responsible for configuration, development, integration, and troubleshooting across multiple Facets modules.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Configure Facets modules based on business requirements
• Develop batch jobs & workflows for system automation
• Create SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Troubleshoot production issues within the Facets environment
• Support claims, membership, provider, billing, and payment modules
• Develop system integrations using APIs, EDI, or file-based methods
• Participate in upgrades & migrations
• Conduct testing & deployment activities
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials

🎯 Required Skills

• Strong experience with Facets architecture and configuration
• Knowledge of healthcare payer operations: Claims processing, Member enrollment, Provider management, Billing & premium management
• Proficiency in SQL Server / Oracle
• Experience with healthcare EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277)
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, ETL tools, batch processing
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–10+ years of Facets experience
• Background in healthcare payer organizations or consulting firms
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
