Role Description

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join the creative and marketing team at Nkonnect Global Ventures.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warangal.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for multiple client brands, ensuring brand consistency across digital and offline platforms while supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media posts, banners, ads, and digital campaigns
• Create marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, hoardings, packaging creatives, and presentations
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to understand campaign requirements
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication materials
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within defined timelines
• Manage multiple design tasks and priorities efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in Graphic Designing
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Creative, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work
