UX Designer

_We are looking for 2 UX Designers with strong experience in internal enterprise application design, including both B2C and B2B account servicing experiences. The ideal candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and play a critical role in designing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise clients and their customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for enterprise-grade internal applications.
• Deliver user experiences that support both B2C and B2B account servicing workflows.
• Create user journey maps and personas to inform product design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine UX requirements.
• Use Figma to build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on Material Design principles.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
• Write detailed UX test plans and contribute to test execution strategies.
• Advocate for user-centered design and promote UX best practices across the team.

What You Know

• You must reside in Chile or Colombia
• Must be able to work in Mountain Time Zone
• Advanced english skills
• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise-level applications.
• Proven experience working on both B2C and B2B account servicing platforms.
• Expertise in Material Design systems and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, with a solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking.
• Experience in user testing, journey mapping, and crafting responsive UI designs.
• Ability to write clear and actionable UX test plans and evaluate results for improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
