NinjaOne is growing, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Public Sector Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of driving growth in the public sector market, primarily within the SLED and Federal Civilian sectors. You’ll leverage your strategic marketing expertise to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that increase awareness, generate demand, and position NinjaOne’s solutions as leaders in the space.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape and influence NinjaOne’s public sector strategy—making a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the public sector to lead key initiatives that accelerate demand and support our rapid expansion in this critical market.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TX & VA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Arlington, VA or those willing to relocate unassisted.
Travel Requirement - Up to 40% representing NinjaOne at key industry events, product launches, and customer engagements.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
