Contract Program Manager – Enterprise AI Transformation (Remote, Ireland)

Rate: €550 per day

Location: Remote (maybe 2 days in the office, but that's a maybe).

We’re partnering with a large global enterprise on a major enterprise-wide AI transformation and are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead this strategic initiative.

This programme is building the foundational infrastructure and capabilities that will transform how AI is leveraged at scale across the organisation.

The scope spans:

• AI ecosystem development
• Data platforms
• Enterprise AI capabilities
• AI platform strategy
• Embedding “Everyday AI” into business operations

The Role

You’ll lead a complex, multi-stream programme operating at enterprise level, aligning technical, operational, and change initiatives to deliver scalable and sustainable AI adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical and AI literacy – comfortable engaging with data, AI, and engineering teams
• Proven enterprise program & portfolio management experience
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience driving change management and adoption at scale
• Strong awareness of risk, governance, and compliance within technology programmes

This is a high-impact contract role offering the opportunity to shape AI strategy and delivery within a highly established global organisation.
