Job Description – Freelance Articulate Graphic Designer (Level 3)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Articulate Graphic Designer (Level 3) to support us in developing high-quality e-learning content for an automobile project. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Articulate 360, PowerPoint design, and visual content development, with prior experience creating training modules for automobile clients.

Key Responsibilities

E-Learning Development

• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
• Incorporate triggers, interactions, quizzes, branching scenarios, and animations (Level 3 complexity)
• Convert training material and storyboards into engaging learning screens

Graphic & Visual Design

• Create layouts, icons, infographics, and visual elements for digital learning
• Enhance overall look and feel of e-learning content
• Maintain brand style and consistency across modules

Content & PPT Development

• Structure and organise raw content into well-flowing learning modules
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for training delivery
• Convert PPTs into e-learning modules wherever required

Automobile Training Projects

• Work on content related to automobile product features, sales processes, customer handling, etc.
• Understand domain-specific terminology and dealership-focused training needs

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of experience in e-learning development and graphic design
• Strong hands-on expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Excellent PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills
• Experience creating Level 3 interactive e-learning content
• Prior work experience with automobile clients (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently on tight timelines
• Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in NCR region (Delhi/Noida/Gurugram)
• Experience working on project-based or freelance assignments
• Familiarity with instructional design principles
