Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Contract: 1 Year Duration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the design team in producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating with senior designers to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging visual assets including social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Concept & Layout Development: Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts, and branding materials in collaboration with senior designers and creative leads.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• File Preparation: Prepare and optimize design files for both print and digital formats, ensuring correct resolution, dimensions, and file specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to execute projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Revisions & Iterations: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs accordingly.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships/freelance included)
• Basic portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or professional)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Basic knowledge of print production and digital design standards
• Exposure to branding and social media design
