We are a global, diverse team passionate about developing world-class solutions to reveal the complete consumer journey to our clients. We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to bring deep statistical expertise and help drive the development of methodologies that power our consumer panel products.

Job Description

As a Lead Data Scientist on our global team, you will design and implement statistical methodologies (spanning sampling, calibration, projection, and panel data modeling) to advance our consumer panel products. You will collaborate cross-functionally, prototype and deploy solutions, and clearly present findings and recommendations. This role is remote-friendly, with flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth in a diverse, international environment.

  • Advance the statistical rigor of our methodologies
  • Lead the development and refinement of models for panel data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure methodological alignment with product goals
  • Support production deployment of proposed enhancements and new solutions
  • Document findings, methodologies, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in statistics (preferably in Sampling theory, Calibration and projection techniques, Panel data modeling)
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sources
  • Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language
  • Experience with SQL and large-scale databases
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with version control systems
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (e.g., Azure, Linux)
  • Interest in supporting technology teams in production deployment

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $100,000 to $120,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a Sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
