We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation and business marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen the Nians brand, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands the B2B buyer journey, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and content-led lead generation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, events, and organic channels.
- Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
- Develop thought leadership content including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and industry reports.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and CRM processes.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new business opportunities.
- Own website conversion strategy, landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign performance optimization.
- Build partnerships with industry associations, media platforms, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility.
- Track marketing KPIs and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, SaaS, technology, or B2B services organization is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, buyer personas, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC, webinars, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
