Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, versatile, and vision-driven UX/UI & Multimedia Designer to lead our digital product design and multimedia content production. In this role, you will bridge the gap between seamless product user experiences (UI/UX), high-impact graphic design, and fast-paced, high-engagement short-form video production (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Figma and the entire Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem, with a proven track record of creating intuitive app/web interfaces, visually striking brand graphics, and viral short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX & Product Design

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI interfaces for mobile and web applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to transform insights into user-centered digital solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless visual handoffs and pixel-perfect technical implementation.

2. Short-Form Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Reels & Shorts)

• Edit, render, and package expert-level short-form video content tailored specifically for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Apply fast-paced retention hooks, dynamic text overlays, kinetic typography, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and color grading using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Stay ahead of social media video trends, audio tracks, editing styles, and platform algorithms to maximize audience retention and reach.

3. Graphic Design & Brand Aesthetics

• Create expert-level graphic assets including marketing campaign collaterals, social media creatives, ad banners, thumbnails, and presentations using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Elevate the overall visual identity and branding across digital, web, and marketing channels.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design along with demonstrable experience in graphic design and short-form video editing.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• UI/UX Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and wireframing.
• Short-Form Video Expertise: Strong understanding of vertical video formats (9:16), frame-by-frame pacing, retention engineering, audio syncing, and visual storytelling for Reels and Shorts.
• Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory): Candidates must submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating:

1. High-fidelity UX/UI design work and interactive prototypes.
2. High-converting short-form video edits (Reels/Shorts) with motion graphics.
3. Professional graphic design and brand layout samples.

• Strong attention to typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
