NGN Learning | STEPL is a Preventive Mental Healthcare Platform for children and teens in South Asia. Our platform offers a cutting-edge SEEL (Social, Emotional, Ethical, and Logical) Curriculum that is inclusive for all mainstream and special needs children. We collaborate with clinical psychologists, early childhood experts, and educators to provide preventive mental healthcare in schools and homes. Our SEEL curriculum complies with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, and Aadharshila 2024 mandates, emphasizing the critical importance of social-emotional learning.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is not only skilled in crafting intuitive user experiences but also proficient in translating design into clean, responsive HTML/CSS code.

Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile platforms.
Convert finalized designs into responsive, mobile-first HTML and CSS code.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across browsers and devices.
Conduct regular UI/UX audits of existing mobile applications and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines across all UI components.
Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and apply insights to refine user experience.
Support QA efforts by performing design-related checks during development sprints and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Good understanding of mobile-first and accessibility-first design principles.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate design intent clearly to developers.
Experience with usability testing and working in agile or iterative environments.
