JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SEM Manager to manage and execute our paid search and other online marketing campaigns. This role involves leading our online marketing efforts to generate partner registrations for our CPA network business as well as working with other departments to generate leads for our nutritional supplement product business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing ROI, effective use of marketing budgets and growth of our business by handling complex online marketing strategies and driving continuous improvement in customer acquisition processes. This role requires a deep understanding of paid search strategies, strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing SEM campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce environment.
· In-depth knowledge of Yandex Direct, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and other paid search platforms.
· Knowledge of and experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and reporting tools.
· Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
· Familiarity with SEO best practices and how SEM and SEO strategies can work together.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
· Google and Yandex certifications.
· Experience with Facebook ads, Tiktok, shopping ads, remarketing, display campaigns, and video ads.
· Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
· Experience in affiliate marketing or working with CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) models.
· Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
· Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
