Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team focused on building AI-powered automation solutions. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications that integrate AI/ML models with enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate with product leads and other engineers to tackle real-world industrial challenges, optimize system performance, and ensure secure deployments across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build secure and scalable APIs, microservices, and front-end interfaces that enable intuitive access to AI-powered tools.
• Design and develop full-stack systems integrating AI/ML technologies, including computer vision and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and iterate on AI automation features.
• Support deployment of applications across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-premises environments.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability through efficient code practices and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring of junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proven hands-on development in full-stack or backend systems.
• Proficiency in one or more core programming languages (Python, Java, Golang, or Javascript).
• Experience working with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with computer vision and/or multi-modal AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Bonus: Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Bonus: Background in industrial systems, manufacturing automation, or legacy integration challenges.
