Role : Technical Program Manager – Cloud Platforms ( AWS & Azure DevOps )

Mandatory Skills:

• Requires deep technical expertise in:
• AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Involves managing cloud infrastructure or cloud-native projects
• Must understand technical tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and automation pipelines
• Needs ability to analyze complex technical issues

Cloud Expertise:

• Strong experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Experience with Azure (Microsoft Azure)
• Deep understanding of cloud project management (especially AWS/Azure environments)

DevOps and Tooling:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) – minimum 5+ years
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps principles

Project Management:

• 10+ years of full life-cycle software project management
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, ADO, etc.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Proven team leadership and decision-making skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience managing cloud-based application development or migration projects
• Exposure to both AWS and Azure environments in a program management capacity
• Previous roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, or Cloud Delivery Manager

Should be very strong in AWS and ADO as well

Skills and Qualifications: -

10+ years of proven project management experience in full life-cycle software development/implementation.

- 5+ years of proven experience in managing projects with Azure DevOps (ADO).

- 5+ years of proven experience in managing projects on Azure or AWS cloud platform.

Proven experience in program management, with a focus on cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automation).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in relevant tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and other project management software.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
