Primary Goal
The Multimedia Designer creates and delivers high-quality visual, video, and motion content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign needs. This role focuses solely on producing engaging, on-brand assets for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- :Visual Design & Branding: Create and maintain visual assets that reflect the brand identity (logos, color palettes, typography).; Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, and banners.; Ensure consistency across all visual content for digital and print platforms.; Update brand style guides and templates as needed
- .Digital Content Creation: Design graphics for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and websites.; Create motion graphics, GIFs, or animations for marketing campaigns.; Develop multimedia presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.; Edit photos and videos for marketing, social media, and website content
- .Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.; Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects.; Optimize video content for different platforms and formats (short-form vs long-form).; Collaborate with team members to storyboard and script video content
- .Web & Interactive Media: Design website graphics, banners, and interactive elements.; Create landing pages, web ads, or microsites with engaging visuals.; Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper design implementation
- .Marketing Support: Assist in creating visual content for email marketing, social campaigns, and paid ads.; Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaigns.; Provide design expertise for promotional events, webinars, and product launches
- .Project Management & Collaboration: Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.; Maintain organized asset libraries and file management systems.; Collaborate with team members, clients, and freelancers on creative projects.; Gather and incorporate feedback to improve final designs
- .Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and software.; Experiment with new multimedia techniques to enhance brand content.; Recommend creative solutions to improve engagement and brand presence
