NextStage Clinical Research is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to elevate our market presence and ensure success in business development and patient recruitment activities. This is a remote position with 10-15% travel.

Job Summary**
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing the marketing, communications, and branding strategies for NextStage Clinical Research overall and specifically to drive lead generation for Business Development and reach targeted patient populations for Patient Recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field,
- 4+ years of experience at an agency or corporate marketing department,
- 3+ years of experience at a Site Management Organization or Contract Research Organization,
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience with digital marketing functions such as SEO/SEM/PPC, social media advertising and email marketing
- Proficiency in website management platforms, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Mental and Physical Demands
Requires English language skills for constant high-level written and interpersonal communications. Ability to work well with NCR Team Members and external stakeholders. Requires ability to sit for long periods of time. Requires mental alertness and accuracy for decision making. Requires ability to speak and hear. Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Plan, organize, guide, and control omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and projects
- Manage production of marketing materials, ensuring quality standards and brand guidelines
- Serve as the primary owner and steward of the NextStage Clinical patient landing pages, social media accounts and website, ensuring consistent branding, strong online visibility, updated content, and ease of navigation.
- Create reports on marketing channel and campaign performance and industry trends, offering optimization insights
- Monitor the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Partner with Patient Recruitment team to develop and execute patient recruitment campaigns and their outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Social media and patient landing pages
- IRB-compliant print and digital recruitment materials
- Community engagement events
- Support study start-up by providing estimated study specific advertising budgets in collaboration with Contracts & Budgets and Patient Recruitment teams
