UI/UX designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with expertise in both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, and the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and seamless experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
