UI/UX Designer, Web Designer & Developer - NextLeft

What You'll OwnUser Experience Architecture
- Design and implement comprehensive user experiences for nextleft.com and client projects
- Develop sophisticated design systems that ensure consistency across NextLeft's brand and client deliverables
- Create user flows and information architecture for nextleft.com that seamlessly guide visitors from discovery to conversion
- Establish research-driven processes that turn user insights into exceptional experiences for both NextLeft and our clients
Design & Development Leadership
- Craft NextLeft's visual design language and create compelling designs for client projects
- Lead design strategy for nextleft.com and guide design direction for client deliverables
- Produce pixel-perfect interfaces that position NextLeft as a category leader and showcase our design capabilities
- Build responsive, performant web experiences for nextleft.com and client websites that delight users and drive business results
Cross-Functional Product Partnership
- Partner directly with leadership to align design strategy with business objectives for nextleft.com and client work
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs for nextleft.com and client projects are technically feasible and efficiently implemented
- Work with the team to translate user research into actionable design decisions for both NextLeft and client projects
- Build design systems and component libraries that scale with our growth trajectory and can be leveraged for client work
Strategic Implementation
- Launch new features for nextleft.com and deliver client projects with comprehensive design documentation and prototypes
- Manage design tools and development workflows for maximum efficiency across both internal and client work
- Lead performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility efforts for nextleft.com and client websites

- Design + Code: You're equally comfortable creating in Figma and implementing in production code (primarily Elementor/Hello/Wordpress, and trending to React) for nextleft.com and client sites
