You will own executional field marketing that turns events into predictable pipeline and repeatable playbooks. You will support tier‑1 and regional events, enable sales with discoverable collateral, and coordinate follow‑up with BDRs so no lead is dropped. This is a Remote role working closely with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and sales enablement stakeholders.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Back up the event contractor on logistics for tier‑1 events (e.g., large summits) and own end‑to‑end pre‑event logistics for smaller events (partner dinners, regional roundtables, BDR summits, customer happy hours).
- Manage shipping, registration, vendor coordination, KBYG communications, hotel and travel booking, and on‑site staffing.
- Build reusable checklists and event playbooks so each event increases team efficiency.
- Maintain the sales enablement library (decks, one‑pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, customer reference assets) and keep partner content organized and discoverable.
- Coordinate post‑event follow‑up sequences with the BDR team, manage list hygiene and attendee data, and produce event ROI reporting.
- Support senior managers on campaign execution: list pulls, asset coordination, and status tracking.
- Document repeatable processes and identify at least one process inefficiency per quarter with a proposed fix.
