We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist with direct, hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and a proven track record of scaling results. This role isn’t about learning the basics - it’s about leveraging your expertise to drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll manage key partner relationships, negotiate placements, and optimize performance to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize, and grow affiliate performance with a focus on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide affiliates with tailored support, including creative assets, landing pages, and exclusive offers.
• Audit top partner listings regularly to ensure accuracy, visibility, and functionality.
• Identify and negotiate improved placements and visibility with key affiliates.
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate results, providing insights and growth strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with affiliates.

Qualifications

• Proven success in scaling affiliate programs with measurable results (minimum 2+ years required; SaaS or digital product experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, deal negotiation, and performance optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
