We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead, innovate, and scale our paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
This is not just a campaign execution role — you’ll lead a team of media buyers, collaborate closely with creative, content, and data teams, and leverage analytics, AI, and automation to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat that align with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of media buyers, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and performance excellence.
- Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to achieve and exceed ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets.
- Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives for maximum performance.
- Work cross-functionally with content, retention, and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment across channels.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to uncover insights, identify trends, and proactively adjust strategies.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to improve campaign efficiency, targeting accuracy, and reporting speed.
- Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and performance tracking with precision.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, automation trends, AI advancements, and competitive benchmarks to maintain a market edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce and GCC markets.
- Proven track record managing $100K–$200K+ monthly media budgets profitably.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics such as ROAS, LTV, AOV, CPA, CTR, and attribution models.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience integrating AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows into paid media operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
