Description
Reporting into the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for nurturing and developing existing business relationships and attracting new customers.
You'll be creating and delivering inbound marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
- Research and identify new inbound marketing opportunities
- Manage digital marketing activity across platforms including the website, digital ads, email campaigns, and paid media.
- Maintain and manage marketing data across CRM, digital platforms, and analytics tools, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and actionable insights to optimise campaigns and reporting.
- Create and manage content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) to support marketing efforts
- Organic social media management from strategy through to scheduling and reporting
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
- CRM management and market segmentation
- Email marketing campaigns and analysis of results
- Website management, ensuring that the site is working efficiently, and all content is up to date
Experience
To be considered for this position you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- A strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, such as SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns
- Experience creating and executing comprehensive inbound marketing plans
- Confident in creating and optimising digital media campaigns
- Experienced in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress
- Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to measure and review the performance of inbound marketing campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
Remuneration
- £35-40k depending on experience
