Director Marketing, HCP Oncology
Seeking a marketing professional to lead strategy and execution for a diagnostic test used on cancer patients. This role will focus on integrating the test into standard-of-care practices and driving growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Marketing, the position plays a key role in achieving product objectives. This is a newly created position. ***Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans highlighting the clinical utility of the cancer diagnostic test.
- Monitor product performance metrics and recommend actions to meet growth targets.
- Create marketing and sales materials for field and digital channels.
- Oversee speaker bureau activities and content to align with current clinical data.
- Manage partnerships and educational programs with relevant third-party organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced degrees (MBA or PhD) preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a related field.
- Oncology and/or genomics experience strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel ~30% for meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments for solid tumor cancers is a plus.
