Your Role

• You will own the design vision and execution for nexo.com, our primary marketing platform reaching millions of potential clients worldwide.
• You will drive conversion rate optimization through data-informed design decisions, continuous experimentation, and strategic improvements to user journeys.
• You will establish, maintain, and evolve the nexo.com design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and design excellence across all web touchpoints.
• You will design high-performing landing pages, campaign experiences, and content templates that balance conversion goals with brand integrity and user trust.
• You will design intuitive interactive sections, including calculators and sliders, that transform complex financial information into clear, actionable user experiences.
• You will collaborate with SEO, content, growth, and analytics teams to create experiences that rank well, load fast, and convert effectively.
• You will translate complex financial products into clear, compelling, and trustworthy web experiences that educate and convert prospects into clients.
• You will partner with developers to ensure design fidelity, performance optimization, and technical feasibility of your solutions.
• You will analyze user behavior, A/B test results, heatmaps, and conversion data to identify opportunities and inform design iterations.
• You will work with AI-powered tools to accelerate iteration, generate variants, and elevate craft quality.
• You will share insights, give feedback, and help raise the creative and strategic bar across the marketing and design teams.

What Makes You Stand Out

• 5+ years in digital experience design with a portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft and quantifiable business impact: conversion lift, SEO performance, traffic growth, or engagement improvements.
• Expert in Figma and modern design tools; experienced in building and maintaining scalable design systems for marketing websites.
• Strong conversion-oriented mindset: you understand how design influences user behavior, trust signals, information hierarchy, and call-to-action optimization.
• Deep knowledge of web design best practices including responsive design, mobile-first approaches, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance considerations.
• Data-driven approach: comfortable working with analytics platforms, conversion funnels, A/B testing tools, and translating metrics into design improvements.
• Solid grasp of SEO principles and how design decisions affect search rankings, page speed, structured data, and user engagement metrics.
• Hands-on experience with modern web platforms (Webflow, Framer) and animation tools (After Effects, Spline, GSAP) for rapid prototyping and polished execution.
• Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) to effectively collaborate with development teams and ensure technical feasibility.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or complex B2C digital products where trust and credibility are paramount.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator - able to articulate design rationale and balance stakeholder needs with user experience.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments - delivers with focus, rigor, and attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Curiosity for AI and eagerness to use it to work smarter and accelerate delivery.
