Responsibilities
•Work closely with the creative team, strategy team and performance team to maximize clients’ ROI on advertising and promotional activities across various digital media channels
•Manage digital campaigns diligently across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, other biddable media and local ad networks
•Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance, reduce costs and achieve better results based on data insights and testing
•Act as the primary contact for key client accounts, providing strategic consultation and performance insights
•Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable recommendations
•Create and deliver detailed post-campaign performance reports with strategic analysis
•Mentor and support junior performance marketing team members
•Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities for growth
•Develop and deliver media plans, pitch proposals and presentations for prospective clients
•Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends and audience behavior
•Review and approve ad content to ensure quality, brand alignment and improved ad performance
•Contribute to innovation, process improvement and the development of internal marketing frameworks
Requirements
•Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media roles
•Proven track record of managing successful, ROI-driven campaigns
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on campaign data
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management abilities
•Experience in leading or mentoring within a digital marketing team is a plus
•Solid understanding of Myanmar’s digital media landscape
•Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Data Studio and Excel/Google Sheets
•Basic understanding of SEO and algorithm updates is an advantage
•Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
•Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
