Role Description

NexGen Digital Infrastructures is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing visuals and graphics, creating branding materials, editing videos, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver engaging and impactful visual content. The role includes the development of promotional materials, creating branding assets, and ensuring all designs align with NexGen's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Create high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including LinkedIn, company websites, and performance marketing campaigns.
• AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, or Veo) to enhance, scale, and innovate our creative output.
• Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for NexGen Digital and NexGen Energies across all touchpoints, including pitch decks and tender presentations.
• Motion Graphics: Design basic animations and motion graphics to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, visually appealing way.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to align creative assets with business development goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) is a must.
• Technical Eye: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience or a deep interest in using AI tools for image and video generation.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both static design and video work (link required).
• Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a sharp attention to detail.
