We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can blend product thinking with strong graphic design skills.
This role sits inside the Marketing team, so you will design both the end-to-end customer journey for our platforms and the visual assets that support our brand, website, and campaigns.
What you will do
• Map and design the whole customer journey across our website, onboarding steps, dashboards and product flows.
• Turn product requirements into wireframes, flows, prototypes and clean, intuitive high-fidelity designs.
• Build and maintain the NexBridge & NexPlace design systems in Figma.
• Design responsive layouts for web and mobile, ensuring clarity, usability, and brand consistency.
• Create micro-interactions, component variants and UI logic that make complex financial actions feel simple.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams to optimize user flows and conversion paths.
Marketing & Brand Design
• Create visual assets for landing pages, campaigns, social media and educational content.
• Develop graphic materials aligned with our visual identity: icons, diagrams, infographics and product explainers.
• Produce high-impact visuals that strengthen clarity, storytelling and engagement.
• Support A/B testing for funnels, website structures, hooks, thumbnails and CTAs.
Experience & Technical Skills
• 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer in fintech, SaaS, or product-driven tech.
• Strong graphic design foundation: composition, typography, layout, color systems.
• Expert in Figma — components, auto-layout, interactive prototypes, responsive variants.
• Solid UX thinking: information architecture, user flows, usability heuristics.
• Experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, dashboards or multi-step flows.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, visual explanations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving marketing environment with tight iteration cycles.
Bonus
• Motion design skills (Lottie, After Effects, micro-animation).
• Experience in blockchain, Web3 or digital-asset ecosystems.
• Understanding of funnel analytics, testing tools or heatmaps.
