Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

Function: Senior Product Marketer

Reports to: Director of Product Marketing

Location: Hybrid/UK

Our client, a Private Equity–backed, Buy and Build, Business Management Software Vendor, a recognised leader in their vertical market, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and support new system sales across its SME and Mid-Market portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Define and refine ICPs, segmentation, and qualification criteria
• Own positioning and messaging frameworks by product/segment
• Lead GTM strategy and structured product launches
• Deliver competitive insights, battlecards, and market guidance
• Influence pricing and packaging through market evidence
• Enable Sales with clear, practical, market-led narratives

What we’re looking for

• 5–10+ years in Product Marketing or adjacent GTM roles
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• ERP software background preferred
• Proven success across multi-product, multi-segment portfolios
• Strong positioning, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders
• Evidence-led, autonomous, and outcomes-focused
