Position Overview
New Businesses.AI is seeking a hungry and driven Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Business Development Representative to lead new business development efforts and generate significant revenue growth. This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who excels at outbound prospecting and closing complex deals with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is both a hunter and a closer, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering cutting-edge, real-time marketing and data solutions.
This role is heavily focused on outbound activity—approximately 80% of your time will be spent identifying and pursuing new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and strategic event participation. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from first touch to final signature.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead outbound prospecting efforts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events to identify and engage high-value enterprise leads
• Own and manage a robust sales pipeline, with an emphasis on closing new business opportunities
• Build trust and rapport with decision makers at enterprise organizations, understanding their marketing and data
needs
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospect goals
• Close large and strategic deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment
• Represent MarketForce at key conferences and events, both virtually and in person, to drive awareness and generate leads
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in data solutions or omni-channel marketing technology
• Demonstrated success in closing complex and high-value deals, especially with enterprise accounts
• Strong outbound sales skills and a proven hunter mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships
• Familiarity with omni-channel marketing strategies and AI-driven advertising technologies is strongly preferred
• Experience using CRMs and sales automation tools
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
