Job Title: Acquisition Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Key Experience: Candidates should have experience with Shopify integrations, including lead generation automation workflows, SEO-related products, and custom digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end acquisition product ecosystem across Shopify launches and legacy brand platforms, ensuring consistent lead generation capability across all markets and systems
- Lead configuration and readiness of acquisition automation workflows for new Shopify launches, ensuring systems are properly designed, tested, and validated prior to release
- Ensure legacy brand teams are enabled to continue executing manual and semi-automated acquisition campaigns during platform transitions with minimal disruption
- Own, test, and validate cross-platform integrations across multiple vendors and systems to ensure reliable lead flow, data accuracy, and system connectivity
- Identify, design, and drive 0→1 acquisition capabilities across tools, platforms, and workflows to improve customer capture and conversion performance
- Own onboarding, documentation, and training for acquisition systems and workflows to ensure global teams can independently operate and scale operations, capabilities, and campaigns
- Lead the development and optimization of custom on-site acquisition experiences that drive engagement, lead capture, and conversion
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure SEO readiness and continuity across global brand transitions from legacy platforms to Shopify
- Ensure acquisition systems, workflows, and integrations are continuously tested, monitored, and operationally stable across all markets
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities across the global acquisition technology and workflow ecosystem
Must Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in acquisition, growth, marketing technology, or product roles supporting customer acquisition systems at scale
- Demonstrated ability to own and operate multiple platforms and vendors simultaneously within a complex, multi-system ecosystem
- Strong experience designing, testing, and operationalizing cross-platform workflows and automation logic (end-to-end system thinking)
- Track record of driving 0→1 initiatives, especially in acquisition, conversion, or marketing technology environments
- Ability to independently translate business needs into structured workflows, requirements, and operational solutions with minimal engineering dependency
- Experience supporting both legacy systems and new platform launches, ensuring continuity during migrations or transitions
- Strong operational discipline around documentation, testing, validation, and enablement of distributed global teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, technology, and regional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities across complex systems and workflows
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership and minimal oversight
Nice to Have:
- Experience in eCommerce environments, particularly supporting large-scale platform migrations or storefront transformations
- Familiarity with SEO strategy, implementation, and governance across multi-brand or multi-region environments
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or lead management systems in acquisition-focused organizations
- Exposure to on-site conversion experiences, personalization, or interactive digital engagement platforms
- Understanding of marketing automation ecosystems and integration-heavy Martech stacks
- Experience supporting global teams with localized execution of acquisition or marketing programs
- Working knowledge of data tools and analytics platforms used for marketing performance tracking
- Basic technical literacy (APIs, webhooks, data flows, system integrations) sufficient to manage vendor conversations and workflows
- Experience operating in Agile or iterative delivery environments, even if not engineering-facing
- Background in managing or optimizing high-volume acquisition funnels across digital channels
