We're seeking a Senior UI/Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems to create scalable, cohesive experiences across web and mobile products. In this role, you'll develop and evolve robust design systems that enable teams to build consistent, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences.

You'll partner closely with product, engineering, strategy, and brand teams to transform complex business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces. Using Figma and modern design tools, you'll establish scalable foundations that improve design quality, development efficiency, and product consistency across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Systems

Design, build, and maintain scalable design systems, including component libraries, design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation.
Develop and optimize Figma libraries using Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and other advanced features.
Establish style guides and reusable patterns that ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Create clear documentation that supports adoption and governance of the design system.
Champion accessibility, responsive design, and scalable design best practices.

Product Design

Translate product strategy, user needs, and visual direction into intuitive digital experiences.
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Brand, Strategy, and stakeholders.
Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations with confidence to internal teams and clients.
Support implementation by working alongside developers to ensure design quality throughout execution.
Contribute to design critiques and help establish design best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

6+ years of experience in UI, Product, or Digital Design.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise-level design systems.
Proven experience launching digital products from concept through production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems, product thinking, UI craftsmanship, and interaction design.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Variables, and Libraries.

Expert knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows.
Deep understanding of design systems, component architecture, design tokens, and documentation best practices.
Experience designing for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design principles.
Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Familiarity with DesignOps processes and version control for design assets.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
