We are seeking a hands-on AJO Developer to design, build, and optimize customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Design event- and segment-driven journeys leveraging AEP Real-Time Customer Profile
- Configure journey logic, including entry conditions, decisioning, wait steps, and exit criteria
- Enable cross-channel activations across email, web, paid media, and call center channels
- Collaborate with AEP teams to ensure data readiness, identity resolution, and accurate profile attributes
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform components such as schemas, datasets, identities, and destinations
- Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable, executable journey designs
- Support personalization and offer management, including content variations and eligibility rules
- Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and troubleshooting prior to production deployment
- Assist with UAT, production rollout, and post-launch monitoring (hypercare)
- Document journey configurations, dependencies, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform
- Strong understanding of real-time customer data, segmentation, and identity resolution
- Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing journeys
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel onsite to Los Angeles as needed
