User Interface Designer (ID#5093)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Interface (UI) Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design of engaging, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications across various digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design clean, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces that align with client brand guidelines and user needs.
• Translate user requirements and business objectives into intuitive design solutions using wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences.
• Apply best practices in visual design, layout, color theory, and typography to elevate user engagement and usability.
• Utilize design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across applications.
• Conduct design reviews, provide UI feedback, and ensure accessibility and responsiveness across all platforms and devices.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and front-end technologies to continuously improve the UI process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in an IT management position
• Over 10 years of experience in User Interface (UI) Designer
• Extensive background (minimum 10 years) in IT project deployment
• Proficiency in project methodologies such as SCRUM, Waterfall, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent industry certification and training
• Comprehensive understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and IT security implications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, attention to detail, and understanding of user-centered design principles
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how designs are implemented in code
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
